Bob McLernon: Vice President and General Manager, Federal Operations
Bob McLernon is Vice President and General Manager of Federal Operators for GuardianEdge, and currently leads the federal systems unit and is a crucial management component of the sales team. Most recently, Mr. McLernon was the Technical Sales Director for the Federal Systems division of Citrix. With more than 10 years of experience, Mr. McLernon has held a variety of sales, sales management, business development and system engineering roles. He also spent 12 years at the FBI in technical management of network and security systems.
Mr. McLernon was a distinguished serviceman in both the Marines and Air Force, with field-duty throughout the world.
Edward Lee Lederer: Federal Sales Manager, DOD and Civilian
Edward Lederer is the Federal Sales Manager, DOD and Civilian for GuardianEdge, where he is responsible for developing new federal sales channels and managing the federal sales team. Mr. Lederer brings more than 19 years of high-technology market experience to the position.
Most recently, Mr. Lederer served as the National Account Manager, Federal at Symantec, where he was the highest producing federal sales representative in 2005 and dealt directly with government agencies such as the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. During his four-year tenure at Symantec, Mr. Lederer closed a government-wide security alert and threat management system via the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, and provided many enterprise-wide solutions to agencies such as the Federal Emergency Management Agency and the Transportation Security Administration. Mr. Lederer has also held senior level federal sales positions for Tivoli Systems Inc. and Sybase.
He received his B.S. in Mathematics from Purdue University.
Raymond Ciesinski: Federal Sales Manager, DOD and Intel
Raymond Ciesinski is the Federal Sales Manager, DOD and Intel, for GuardianEdge, where he is responsible for developing new federal sales channels. Mr. Ciesinski brings more than 23 years of experience selling software and internetworking solutions to secure federal government agencies, service providers, and Fortune 100 corporations.
Most recently, Mr. Ciesinski served as a Federal Enterprise Relationship Manager
at Citrix Systems, where he was the number one worldwide sales representative in 2003 and was responsible for managing federal agencies including the Department of Homeland Security, Department of Justice and State Department and USAID.
During his three-year tenure at Citrix, Mr. Ciesinski was honored as the 2004 North America Salesman of the Year ranking #2 in sales worldwide, a Circle of Excellence winner (CEO recognition for top performers worldwide among President’s Club winners) and the 2004 Area Sales Leadership Award (non-revenue award based on leadership contributions). Mr. Ciesinski has also held senior level federal sales positions for RedBack Networks and Cisco Systems.
He received an MBA in Industrial Marketing from George Washington University and a B.S. in Business Management from University of Delaware.
Dave Barrish: Channel Executive
As a Channel Executive for GuardianEdge, Dave Barrish oversees the GuardianEdge federal channel initiatives. Mr. Barrish joined the company with more than ten years of sales, pre-sales, customer account management, project management, software deployment, and engineering experience. Prior to joining GuardianEdge, Mr. Barrish served as a Security Sales Specialist for Computer Associates International, Inc. (CA) and specialized in identity management and security expertise. During his tenure, he increased sales of CA IAM software and services to the federal government by 25 percent. Previously, Mr. Barrish served as a Senior Account Manager/Senior Sales Engineer for Netegrity, Inc. where he developed account strategies for product sales to both commercial and federal customers, and achieved over 100 percent of sales quota for five straight years. He served as a key security employee at CA after the Netegrity Inc. acquisition.
A graduate of University of Maryland, he holds a M.S. in Management of Information Systems and a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Delaware.
Darrell Boyd: Federal Sales Manager, Civilian
As Federal Sales Manager, Civilian for GuardianEdge Darrell Boyd is responsible for managing specialized federal sales efforts. His extensive experience in the public sector space spans over 20 years and includes a consistent record of sales achievements. Most recently, Mr. Boyd served as an Enterprise Account Manager for Intel, where he was responsible for demonstrating product capabilities to increase demand within the federal civilian, state, local and education accounts. While serving as a Partner/Corporate Account Manager for Citrix Systems, Inc., he surpassed his quota achievement by more than 100 percent and managed strategic relationships with Citrix top-tier channel partners. Mr. Boyd’s previous experience also includes numerous sales management positions for Cisco Systems, VMware (an EMC Company), and Xerox Corporation.
A graduate of University of North Carolina, Mr. Boyd holds a B.A. degree in Sociology. He has also been recognized with certificates from Citrix, Intel and VMware and has completed a wide variety of professional sales training programs.
Andrew Oliver: Federal Solutions Architect
Andrew Oliver is a Federal Solutions Architect for GuardianEdge, where he is responsible for the proposal, design, implementation and deployment of computer hard drive encryption for major clients including Veteran Affairs (VA), Wellpoint and Morgan Stanley. Mr. Oliver brings more than 20 years of high-technology sales and development experience along network, provisioning and identity management skills including Active Directory and smart card authentication to the position.
Most recently, he served as the Co-Founder, Investor, and Director of Marketing at InfoTech Solutions where he developed, marketed and sold billing solutions for small wireless service providers. The company was acquired by the Boston Communications Group, Inc. Mr. Oliver has also held senior level federal sales positions for Cisco Systems Inc. and TimePlex Federal Systems, Inc.
Trey Heine: Federal Sales Engineer
Trey Heine is a Federal Senior Sales Engineer for GuardianEdge and serves as a product specialist to the federal sales team. With nearly 10 years of experience in information technology, Mr. Heine possesses a unique blend of technical and sales ability. Prior to GuardianEdge, he served as a Lead Sales Engineer for Citrix Systems, Inc. where he supported the company’s key federal sales cycles through education and the cultivation of customer relationships through product knowledge. This included assisting in a Citrix deployment for more than 30,000 Air Force personnel. Also while in this role Mr. Heine developed a complete conceptual understanding of Microsoft Active Directory and multi-factor authentication via smart card systems.
Similar to the needs of GuardianEdge customers, Mr. Heine also served as a Systems Engineer for University of North Carolina Wilmington, where he was part of a team that repaired and maintained systems for over 5,000 faculty and staff.
Mr. Heine holds a B.S., Business Administration in Management Information Systems from University of North Carolina. He also received certifications from Citrix and Microsoft.
Bill Keller: Senior Business Development Executive
As Senior Business Development Executive for GuardianEdge, Bill Keller actively pursues future and current business relationships that are mutually beneficial for both GuardianEdge and its customers. His nearly 20-years of professional sales experience has allowed him to successfully deliver desired results for the GuardianEdge federal team.
Prior to his tenure at GuardianEdge, Mr. Keller was a key sales representative in the Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) and the International Freight Forwarding industry, specifically for companies such as R & L Carriers, Yellow Freight System and Roadway Express. Mr. Keller also has experience with AT&T as a Large Account Manager and in commercial and residential sales.
A graduate of Ohio University, Mr. Keller holds a B.B.A. in Marketing.
Erin Daly: Channel Marketing Director
As Channel Marketing Director for GuardianEdge Technologies, Erin Daly oversees channel specific marketing efforts. Her ten-year experience in technology sales and marketing has translated into an impressive record of building, implementing and managing programs for driving product and revenue through distribution channels. This includes designing and implementing programs with a $2 million budget.
Prior to joining GuardianEdge, Ms. Daly served as the Director of Field and Channel Marketing for the America’s Region of Phoenix Technologies. In this position she worked to develop the marketing strategy to drive government channel revenue, and further expand its presence in North and South America. At EMC Corporation, Ms. Daly was a Channel Sales Account Manager for Direct Marketers, where she was responsible for $6.5 million annual revenue from accounts including CDW, PC Connection, PC Mall, SHI, Insight and Zones.
