Partner Commitments

Before becoming a member of the GuardianEdge Trusted Partner Network you must fill out a partner application (either online or in person), provide a valid tax ID number and agree to the standard partnership terms and conditions. There are no fees required for participation in the program. Additional commitments are required depending on your chosen level of partnership.

Partnership Levels:

Premier Partner

If you are a value-added solution provider with an existing security services practice and are willing to make a significant commitment to actively sell GuardianEdge solutions, this is the right level for you.

Committed to working with GuardianEdge on quarterly business goals and revenue targets, Premier Partners are afforded the highest level of privilege in the GuardianEdge Trusted Partner Network. Premier Partners enjoy access to priority sales leads as well as Market Development Funds that aid in expanding revenue and penetrating new markets. Sales and technical training commitments are required, including having a GuardianEdge certified sales and technical specialist on staff. Premier Members are by invitation only.

Select Partner

If you are a value-added solution provider looking to evolve with the rapidly changing technology market and aggressively grow your security business, this level may be best suited for you.

Select Partners are afforded all of the sales tools and technical resources available and are eligible for market development funds and sales leads on a case-by-case basis. Select Partners are committed to completing online sales training and working with GuardianEdge on revenue goals and market expansion.

Volume Reseller Partners

If you currently sell security solutions, but derive your primary revenue from license sales and do not provide integration or deployment services, this level is best suited for you. This category includes organizations that are primary distributors or master resellers in particular regions or countries. The geographical presence of these partners is complementary to that of GuardianEdge and their work with resellers provides breadth for selling our products and services. Volume Reseller Partners have access to a broad range of online resources and are provided with the tools needed to meet customer requirements. There are no annual revenue commitments for Volume Resellers.

Partner Eligibility

Applying partners must have:

  • A background in network security products

Invited Premier Partners must have:

  • The ability to provide value-added services—such as professional services, consulting and installation support
  • Experience in providing integration with existing infrastructure and application integration to Active Directory
  • The proven ability to provide frontline level 1 technical support
