By accessing the GuardianEdge Customer Support Portal, customers can:

  • Search the Technical Knowledge Base for answers to technical questions
  • Report new support cases and contact GuardianEdge Technical Support
  • Update open support cases with new information and attachments
  • Check the status of a support case and review a history of support cases
