GuardianEdge offers a variety of consulting and training services to ensure client success. Each engagement begins with an agreed upon statement of work and is tailored specifically to the needs of our clients.
Deployment Services
GuardianEdge's Professional Services staff works closely with the client to fully understand the clients' operational and security requirements. We can assist in preparing a plan to effectively integrate and deploy GuardianEdge security solutions into your organization. Clients are provided the following services upon request.
Project Management
GuardianEdge Professional Services can provide guidance in
best-practice deployment methods, develop a custom project plan, and
coordinate the work of team members throughout your organization to
facilitate the deployment or upgrade of your security solution. We
offer the expertise and skills gained through years of encryption
software delivery for hundreds of companies. Deployment project
management services are tailored to your specific needs.
On-Site Installation Support
Clients needing additional assistance with deployment or upgrade may
request on-site services to work with your deployment team from project
initiation to project close.
Training
Training programs for administrators, help desk staff, and end users are available to ensure that our clients gain the product knowledge necessary to seamlessly integrate GuardianEdge security solutions into their organization. Several training options are offered to meet client needs.
On-Site
This may be the most convenient solution. All you need is a good
training facility on or near your site. No distance traveling is
required by your staff. Simply book one of our trainers to work at your
premises. If additional paid consulting is needed, this may be combined
with the training visit. The more training days that are booked
back-to-back, the higher the discount. Training fees for on-site
training include one hour of training follow-up.
At GuardianEdge Facilities
GuardianEdge conducts training sessions in its San Francisco, CA facilities. GuardianEdge's trainers, who are
experienced professionals, will deliver hands-on classes about our
products for Encryption Plus Administrators.
Online Seminars
GuardianEdge conducts training sessions through conferencing and the
Internet, enabling personalized training for clients without travel.
Custom Implementation Programming
Some clients choose to deploy the encryption software using an automated process or over their intranet requiring scripts or programs to be written to deploy the encryption software with minimal user interaction. Companies can opt to do this programming themselves or to use a consultant. GuardianEdge Professional Services offers these consulting services with the advantage of deep product expertise and years of encryption software deployment experience.
Software Enhancements
Although GuardianEdge strives to design its encryption software to meet the needs of the marketplace, occasionally a company requires a specific feature that is not in the standard release product. In those cases, GuardianEdge Professional Services will work with customers to understand their requirements. If the enhancement request is determined to be feasible, we will follow up with a statement of work and proposal for making the custom modifications as a consulting service.
