Standard Account

The Standard Account Program is an annual maintenance and support (AMS) package available to GuardianEdge customers who have purchased up to 399 software licenses for a given product.*

Included Support services:

  • Access to the GuardianEdge Customer Support Portal (CSP) for up to two (2) people; 24x7 availability
  • Choice of Telephone Support hours: U.S. OR European OR Asia-Pacific Support Hours (additional support hours and global support available as an option)
  • 4-hour response time to requests made through the portal or email during selected support hours
